THE CMA TEAM
THE COMMUNITY MANAGERS
Over our long history managing communities in St. Louis and the surrounding areas, CMA has invested in the development of a forward thinking, solution driven company, based on integrity and sound business ethics. Our state of the art management design provides our Client Associations a single source of managerial, fiscal, administrative, and physical community support.
Jeff joins CMA from Southern California, bringing 30+ years of experience in the construction and management industry.
Jeff’s accomplishments range from being a Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager, as well as being a licensed General Contractor in So Ca. Jeff’s construction experiences range from constructing medical buildings, educational buildings, and government buildings to sports courts, playgrounds, custom homes and remodels, and he takes pride in accepting the “one off” type of projects that most people shy away from.
Jeff’s passion is family involvement; coaching his son’s baseball teams, working out or golfing with his brother, but especially spending time with his wife, Elena, at family functions, school events, kids sports games and now…Cardinal’s games!
Jessica joined CMA in the Spring of 2015 after moving to the St. Louis area from northern Illinois. She left the marketing research industry to begin her career in community association management in 2009.
Jessica recently obtained a PCAM certification (Professional Community Association Manager) which is the highest professional recognition nationwide. She also holds a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist). She enjoys the diversity the industry has to offer and finds there is never a dull day in community association management.
Her free time is spent with her husband and two children enjoying scouting adventures.
Vice President of Operations
Kim came to CMA in 2010 after retiring as a Senior Level Corporate Manager. In between professions, Kim spent her time consulting and volunteering.
Having had a large scope of professional management experience, Kim came to work as a Community Manager, which is a challenging and fulfilling alternative. Today she admits, “the diversity in the work is the key to my enthusiasm”.
Kim has two grown children and lives in West County with her husband and Chihuahua, Jasper.
For the last 13 years she worked as a large scale community manager serving over 4,000 homes, where she managed several different amenities, and various types of homes from single family to villas and condos.
Jodi currently holds both the CMCA and AMS designations through CAI.
She is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and moved to St. Louis to work for Transworld Airlines, where she met her husband of 26 years.
Customer service is her main goal while providing excellence for communities to live and work together.
She has one daughter, who is currently enrolled in her senior year of college. In her free time she enjoys traveling, boating, and reading.
Jessie has been involved in real estate since 1983, and has successfully managed and trained in multi-family property management for over 23 years. She has also held a real estate license and worked in residential and new construction sales since 2001.
For two years she also managed an association on site and says the customer service aspect of association management is what she enjoys most.
Jessie likes to spoil her family when she is not working. Home is in St. Charles with her husband of over 25 years, her "mother in love", and kittens Puddin and Sugarh.
